Thomas "Tom" Cat is a fictional character and one of the two main protagonists in Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer's series of Tom and Jerry theatrical cartoon short films, created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera. Tom is a blue/grey anthropomorphic domestic short-haired cat who first appeared in the 1940 animated short Puss Gets the Boot. Tom was originally known as "Jasper" during his debut in that short, however, beginning from his next appearance in The Midnight Snack and onwards, he is known as "Tom" or "Thomas".
Personality
Tom's personality has changed remarkably over the years, especially after the first episodes. For example, in his debut, he was quadrupedal and had normal cat intelligence. However, over the years he has become almost completely bipedal and has human intelligence. As a slapstick cartoon character, Tom has a superhuman level of elasticity. When acting as Jerry's antagonist, Tom is usually defeated (or very rarely, killed) in the end, although there are some stories where he outwits and defeats Jerry.

Mr. Bean is a hilarious bachelor living in England. His everyday tasks seem to get him in and out of hilarious problems. Mr. Bean is always accidentally causing wacky antics every way he turns. Mr. Bean means well, but can sometimes be ignorant and very inconsiderate. Mr. Bean is like a child in a man's body. It is revealed in Bean (1997) that he works in a museum, and when asked what he does there, he replies: "I Sit, and look at the paintings". When we first meet Mr. Bean, it appears he is taking some sort of post-secondary educational exam. Throughout the series, Mr. Bean is always seen with his two companions: his Mini Car and his teddy.
Rapunzel is a fictional character who appears in Walt Disney Animation Studios' 50th animated feature film Tangled and Tangled Ever After. Voiced by American actress and singer Mandy Moore, Rapunzel is a young princess kept unaware of her royal heritage by a vain old woman named Mother Gothel, who raises her in a secluded tower in order to exploit her hair's healing abilities to remain young and beautiful forever. Created and animated by supervising animator Glen Keane, Rapunzel is loosely based on the title character who appears in the fairy tale of the same name published by The Brothers Grimm. The character was adapted into a less passive heroine for the film. The writers incorporated the quirky personalities of actresses Reese Witherspoon, Natalie Portman and Amy Poehler into the character. Critical reception of Rapunzel has been generally positive, with critics complimenting her spirited, lively personality and independence. Chronologically the tenth Disney Princess, Rapunzel was officially inducted into the line-up on October 2, 2011, becoming the franchise's first computer-animated member. Her physical appearance and personality have drawn much comparison between her and preceding Disney Princess Ariel from The Little Mermaid (1989), by whom she was inspired.
Noddy was created by British author Enid Blyton for her children's book Noddy Goes to Toyland, which was published in 1949. The novel's illustrator was Dutch artist Harmsen Van Der Beek. Noddy went on to appear in over 20 additional books. In 1955 he transitioned to television with the debut of ITC (Incorporated Television Company)'s puppet show adaptation of the books, The Adventures of Noddy, and he has appeared in several subsequent adaptations, including Cosgrove Hall's stop-motion animated Noddy's Toyland Adventures (1993-1999) where he was voiced by Susan Sheridan, and the current day CGI cartoon Noddy in Toyland.
Character
development:
Carved by a toymaker, a nameless wooden boy fled his creator, scared when the man began making a toy lion. While running away he collided with a bicycle ridden by the friendly brownie Big Ears. Dubbing the boy Noddy, because of his habit of constantly nodding his head whenever he spoke, Big Ears took pity on the scared child and showed him the way to Toyland, lending him both clothes and a house in Toy Village to live in. The other residents of Toy Village were initially suspicious of Noddy, but after a trial confirmed him to be a toy rather than an ornament, and his good character was confirmed when he saved a small child toy when one of Noah's lions ran amuck, he was allowed to stay. In recognition of his new status, Big Ears gave Noddy a present of a hat with a bell at the top, which jingled when Noddy nodded his head. Looking for employment in order to get money to buy himself furniture, Noddy took a job cleaning Mr. Golly's garage, only to witness some goblins stealing the cars late at night. Initially wrongly accused of the crime, Noddy subsequently proved his innocence and led the angry owners back to their stolen vehicles, allowing town policeman Mr. Plod to punish the real villains. In gratitude Mr. Golly gave Noddy a red and yellow car, prompting Noddy to become the town taxi-driver
